Please be on time! Being more than 15 min late can result in cancellation of appt.
Reschedule notice must be made within 24 hrs of appt or your deposit will be forfeited.
All sales are final! Please let us know if you would like to make any changes during your appointment!
We do not fix other stylist work (we offer complete service sessions only)

1 reschedule is allowed and must be rescheduled within 2 wks to transfer your deposit.
NO show, NO call will result in 60% of service charge total.

MONDAY-FRIDAY 9AM-5PM (SALON ADDRESS WILL BE PROVIDED) PLEASE LABEL YOUR WIG WITH YOUR NAME AND PHONE NUMBER.

HD/TRANSPARENT LACE ONLY!! NO HAIRSTORE LACE UNLESS YOUVE HAD A CONSULTATION!

FEEL FREE TO BRING YOUR OWN HAIR/WIG BUT PLEASE NOTE THAT WE DO NOT GUARANTEE A CERTAIN LOOK IF YOU BRING A WIG, LACE OR HAIR THAT IS NOT PROVIDED BY US! WHEN SHOPPING FOR A PRODUCT, DON’T BE CHEAP! QUALITY IS EVERYTHING!

PLEASE DROP LACE/WIGS OFF BETWEEN THE HOURS PROVIDED AND ATLEAST 2 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR APPOINTMENT (IF YOUR APPT IS ON A MONDAY, IT MUST BE DROPPED OFF ON FRIDAY).
SAME DAY CUSTOMIZATIONS MAY RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE
